Youbet.com, the most popular horse betting website is being purchased by Churchill Downs, the 81 years old horse racecourse operator. The Deal is worth $126.8 million and each YouBet shareholder will receive $0.0598 and $0.97 per share of Churchill Downs stock and YouBet stock respectively.
