How easy is it to navigate around the site? We tried and tested it out and graded.
The Home Page consists of 40 link boxes that are supposed to lead you to various live sports streaming right now. But many links are broken, misleading and don't go to where they should. In fact, you often end up on some random guy or girl's site. Very weird.

Can you contact the site with queries? This grades the email support and telephone contacts available to users.
For such a poor site, they do offer a lot of support from their office in Mountain View, Canada. There's feedback forms, three email addresses – one for press, business development and sales, but what about users? You have to go to the Help Center – which looks in-depth but is ultimately just a bunch of FAQs.

How good is the streaming quality? We gave extra points for high definition and minus points for blurred images.
Terrible, YouTube quality at best. Definitely not HD, bad sound and blurred images. But that's what you get from DIY home video sites – nothing worth seeing.

How much sport can you watch here? We graded the variety of sports channels, events or subjects covered on the site.
UStream is not just live sports, it covers all kinds of topics. The main sporting events you can see online here are amateur - college or high school level. Sometimes it loks like you can see F1 races, but again, click on the box and you'll end up nowhere.

Now Ustream.TV is the live interactive video broadcast platform that enables anyone with a camera and an Internet connection to quickly and easily broadcast to a global audience of unlimited size. In less than two minutes, anyone can become a broadcaster by creating their own channel on Ustream or by broadcasting through their own site, but in many ways, you wish they didn't. Leave it to the pros.

How long does it take to watch sports? We graded on user ability and ease of downloads.
UStream was a good idea when it started but now it seems too many fools are broadcasting anything and you can't find anything worth watching here. Go somewhere else.
