Needs to be better
Although the design of the site looks unprofessional but navigation is easy.
Compared to other broadcasting sites, the design here needs a lot of work. Some of the still images used on the Homepage look a bit dated and blurred, not hi-res quality but the concept is simple – the world, flags of different countries and pictures of boxers, tennis players and footballers.

How easy is it to navigate around the site? We tried and tested it out and graded.
One of the best things here is the ease of site navigation – at the bottom of the Home Page there are links to FAQs, Terms, Support and Log-In. Access is easy, and you'll be watching sports in no time.
The only problem is the tiny links lead to different sites – so you could find yourself on the official NFL.com website without meaning to in a new window.

Can you contact the site with queries? This grades the email support and telephone contacts available to users.
There is a support section – but it's just a standard system where you send a message and are not sure if it'll reach anyone or not. Also, no phone number - so a thumbs down here.
