The whole point of Sports shopping Club is to provide best deals.
Information overload! This is one crazily designed site, with a homepage crammed with products, features and a lot of waffle. Though the visual focus is a good idea, it just ends up making the shopper dazed and confused.

How easy is it to navigate around the site? We tried and tested it out and graded.
Good luck finding anything on this site first time round, with a million menus and categories to chose from. However, it is good that you can search by various parameters, but we could do without the Best Seller and Reviewed categories, which only confuse matters.

Not only does the Sports Shopping Club have that dollar store kind of chaos going on, the brands are budget to say the least. You can’t search by your fave brands, probably because you would never find them, and most items are representing the cheaper end of the market.

Another ocean of information to navigate, the shipping options on Sports Shopping Club are very confusing and misleading. The attractive ‘free shipping’ offer actually means that the shipping cost has been transferred into the selling price of the item, so you are not making any saving at all!

Can you contact the site with queries? This grades the email support and telephone contacts available to users.
They do offer order tracking, and various methods of contacting the customer service team. If you don’t manage to get hold of someone on the phone immediately, leave a message and someone will get back to you within 4 hours.

How good is the image quality? Can you see the product you want to buy?.
The images on Sports Shopping Club range from very good, to utterly ridiculous. The more mainstream products have a decent image and a large zoom option, but those less popular items probably haven’t been photographed since the 1980s.

How detailed is the description of products/services? Quality, detail and scope of text.
Again, mixed reports on the product descriptions. The tab system makes it look like there is more info on offer than there really is, especially when you consider that some of the tabs don’t work. However, on the most popular items the list of key features is pretty comprehensive.

The promotion section of the site is frankly a joke, with only the most obscure items on offer, and the ‘free shipping’ products making up most of the promos on offer.

The only unique feature of this sports gear worth mentioning is the range of alternative sports that they cater for, including old school backyard faves like horseshoe and tether ball.

Is this shop going to cost the earth? Do they offer reasonable prices in comparison to other online sports shops?.
This is definitely a cheap option, and if you are not looking for a serious piece of equipment, it might be worth braving the maze of Sports Shopping Club. However, giving any site value points when they try to trick you into thinking you are getting free shipping is against Dozen principles!
