Hockey Giant is absolutely hockey crazy and a unique sports shop, and we love it! The site is designed around the products, which are clearly displayed, with the homepage bringing you all the best deals on offer.

How easy is it to navigate around the site? We tried and tested it out and graded.

You can not only narrow your search by equipment type, but each group is sub-divided further by playing standard. Once on the right page, you can order your results by price or name, and viewing over 20 items per page makes comparing your faves really easy. Over all its a good sports gear.

How good is the image quality? Can you see the product you want to buy?.

There is only one view of the product on offer, but the quality is very good, even

when enlarged. However, there are several extraordinary instances (mostly apparel) where instead of a photo of the item, there is only a drawing! Clearly Hockey Giant are a successful site, surely they can’t be that cheap as to only photograph some of their products?

Tempting as it is to call out Hockey Giant for their unique pre-school drawings of their products, they do have some more generous USPs! Aside from their great range and reasonable prices, the size guide on the site is a fantastic addition. There are diagrams of all the different parts of the equipment, and size charts that give US and international sizes, AND list the differences between manufactures sizes.

Is this shop going to cost the earth? Do they offer reasonable prices in comparison to other online sports shops?.

Hockey Giant is usually the cheapest provider of hockey equipment on the net, though there are plenty of other sites following close behind. Particularly watch out for their sticks, they aren’t always the cheapest you can find.
