The home page is good and it has lot to offer but....
A bit 1990s, the look and feel of this site needs much work. The Home Page, for example, is a mess of uncategorized online tickets and links that goes on forever. Come on guys, get your house in order!

How easy is it to navigate around the site? We tried and tested it out and graded.
The sports are listed by category, which is useful, then this leads to the separate teams. But after that these lists need to be improved, it's just a very long list spanning hundreds of games over a season. Perhaps, putting these games by month or on a calendar would help?

What events are being covered? Variety of sports events you can buy tickets for on the site. If the site is especially for sports, not music, even better..
In terms of choice there's a great range of sports on offer here. Anything from Wimbledon, US Open Golf to the NBA, this has it covered. It's just a shame the site looks so shabby…

ABC Tickets is an independent ticket agency not affiliated with any box offices, promoters, Ticket master or Tickets.com. They are licensed in the state of New Jersey, just outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Their store hours are 9AM to 5:30PM Monday thru Friday, so it's not 24/7 support from their toll-free line and fax. 5/10

How detailed is the event description info? Quality, detail and scope of text..
This site doesn't really make the effort to provide detailed content for events or listings. Plus no action pics either after the Home Page.

Unique selling point? Why is it different to other ticketing sites? Are there any unusual products and packages available? Innovations?.
ABC has been a premium Sports ticket broker for over 13 years and has tickets for many major and minor sporting events including but not limited to tickets in cities such as Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York. It's not unique but the Fed Ex deal is good.

Is this site up-to-date? We graded the number of updated, relevant and quality events available.
The Home Page could be made to look more current, there is a flash pic here, but it mixes music with sport with no real info. You need to go deep into this site to get the latest tickets.

ABC Tickets looks like a small ticket shop that now finds itself battling against major ticketing sites. If it wants to keep up with the traffic of the big boys it needs to invest more money into its site.
