The design of Vivid Seats is quite cool. The logo is really nice and there is a flash banner highlighting the best of the big events on sale right now. Fresh.

How easy is it to navigate around the site? We tried and tested it out and graded.
Each sport has its own dedicated section with links on how to Find Tickets. Once you click on Find Tickets, it opens a new window of tickets listed by team. But it can be a bit confusing as there's so much info on one page.

What events are being covered? Variety of sports events you can buy tickets for on the site. If the site is especially for sports, not music, even better..
The choice of sports is quite big – covering around 10 major sports from tennis to Nascar. But it doesn't cover many sports outside of the USA.

Unlike most of the Tops, Vivid doesn't offer customer testimonials. In fact, it writes its own testimonial on the About Us page, where it says, "That's why we named our company Vivid Seats... "Vivid" comes from the Latin word "vivere" which means "to live". What? Give us some real testimonials!

Can you contact the site with queries? This grades the email support and telephone contacts available to users.
Vivid seem to be 'on the ball' here as they offer Live Chat, you can share the site via Facebook, Twitter and MSN Live. They have one toll-free number and one international number. They are based in Chicago.

How detailed is the event description info? Quality, detail and scope of text..
Vivid doesn't really have long-winded details outlining the events on offer but it does offer updates on your favorite team's fixtures if you sign up to their newsletter. So not bad.

We looked around and couldn't see too many special deals on offer here. There's corporate and group events but no details are given you have to call and find out.

We back all our online sports and other tickets with a 100% guarantee. Our service fee covers the rigorous screening process we apply to all the sellers on our website. Some of our competitors let just about anyone sell a ticket-we don't.' So that's their USP, they check all the ticket sellers who advertise on their site. So pretty cool, hope it's true.

You can't fault Vivid on their updates either. You can constantly buy tickets and even sell them on this site.

Vivid Seats is a pretty big site, quite high up on Google, so it will have lots of US traffic. But there's far bigger sites out there.
